Изтриване на страница в Odoo 8 -Website Builder
Днес проверявах индексираните от Google страници на един сайт с електронен магазин и ERP, реализирани с Odoo 8. Направи ми впечатление, че в индекса има страници, които реално са стари, тестови и нямат линк към тях (поне към момента) нито от менюта, нито от линкове в сайта. Няма лесен и удобен начин да бъде изтрита страница от фронтенда. Изтриването на меню, не изтрива и страницата. След кратко търсене, попаднах на дискусия в Github по този проблем (бъг). Има начин да бъде изтрита страница, но е на много неудобно място в бекенда. Копирам тук решението, колкото и да е неудобно:
To View, Edit, and Delete Odoo's Website Pages from the Backend
- Log in to the backend as an Administrator.
- Make sure you have Technical Features enabled.
- Click Settings.
- Scroll down to Technical.
- Click User Interface to expand.
- Click Views.
- On the top-right, click the down-arrow next to open the advanced Filter.
- Click Advanced Search.
- Under Advanced Search scroll down, and click on Whether this view is a web page template (complete).
- Click the Apply button
След това можете да редактирате url-а или да изтриете страница.

Per Odoo development team: Currently, the front-end does not provide a way to delete a page indeed. You have to go through the backend with a "technical features" enabled users.
Goto Settings >Technical>User Interface>Views.
Filter on "Whether this view is a web page template (complete)" (which should be a help message not a label, we'll have to fix that).
That will list all pages that you can alter or delete.
Goto the page detail view by click the View Name, click more and you can delete it.
Odoo team has marking this bug as a R&D wishlist item, because it would be a good idea to have a simpler way to remove pages, easily accessible to users who can create pages/
